BMW 2002 Club

True Friends of Alex Von Falkenhausen
Fall Drive - Oct 27

We had about 10 early 1970s 2002s come through Siloam today. The Club stopped by the
shop to look around, and to hangout with us. It was a lot of fun seeing the cars and visiting
with the group. Below are some images of the cars.

1974 Carrera

SUNSHINE

This USA spec '74 911 Carrera, Chassis No. 9114400397 is one of just 528 coupes.
This Carrera is in very good to excellent condition.
The 911 has had some paint work during it's life, which is not surprising for a 38 year old car.
The interior is almost completely original. The original radio isn't there, but we are searching
for an original style Blaupunkt radio/cassette. The engine and transmission appear to have been
serviced and well cared for. The transmission shifts smoothly without any of the normal signs of
wears. The engine runs very strong and smooth. Although we don't have records showing the full
history of this it's definitely easy to see the car was cared for.

Over the next few months we will caring for the car even more. Some things can stand for some
improving and somethings just need some servicing. Some of the things that we will be doing.
       • new exhaust - currently has an aftermarket sport exhaust. - light weight but very loud!
       • Full major servicing - cap, rotor, fluids, etc, etc, etc
       • Cosmetic items
       • radio
       • A/C
       • and I'm sure much more.

The Ferrari P4/5 by Pininfarina

This car is inspired from the 1967 P3/4 and is constructed on an Enzo chassis.
A really amazing automotive design.  To see more photos click read more.

Ferrari Crescent Classic

This past Saturday we went to Crystal Bridges to meet other Car Enthusiast.

Project: Preserving a 1975 911 Carrera

Over the next few months we will be returning this Carrera back to it's original state. The car has been in storage since 1986. The condition is very nice with original paint interior. Of course all of the mechanical components will have to be inspected, repaired, and in some cases replaced. We will also be doing some detailed research on the cars history as well as the rarity and uniqueness of the Carrera model.

Welcome to Ehrlich Motorwerks.

Ehrlich Motorwerks was created by a couple of hopeless car fanatics that decided to turn a passion as well as a dream into reality. Our love of great makes and special models from Porsche, Mercedes Benz, BMW, and many other great quality and exciting brands was our inspiration and vision for our inventory at Ehrlich Motorwerks. There are a number of other things to do and see in the area, like visiting the newly opened Crystal Bridges museum, or a drive and overnight stay in historical Eureka Springs, or take a fun drive in your new car through the Ozark mountains on the scenic Pig Trail (HWY 16). Northwest Arkansas is home of some of the best driving roads in American. So buckle up and enjoy the drive.
We would like to thank you for visiting our blog and we invite you to stop by our indoor vehicle showroom. Hope to see you soon!
